From-Scratch Cook in Rural Kitchen Role

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Cook to join our kitchens in Newport. You will prepare and present meals from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients for visitors, with a focus on quality and consistency.

Working on an annualised hours contract, you'll typically work three 6-hour shifts per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays, with shifts occasionally in the evenings. Training in allergens and food safety is provided.
