You'll bring demonstrable, hands on experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including delivery focused development or evaluation workYou may bring experience from one or more areas such as customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, and have spent time working within marketing, customer, digital, or commercial domains. What matters most is your ability to apply data driven insight to real business challenges.For candidates joining at Senior Consultant level, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility for project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and supporting the development of others. For those at Consultant level, the role offers strong exposure to client work, learning from experienced practitioners, and a clear pathway for progression.We value curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset, and we encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement but are excited about developing their skills within a supportive consulting environment Data Science & AI Expert - Expert in building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases. Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deep learning models. CX Data Experience - Hands-on experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics with core focus in customer experience. Experience in working with various data sets, including transactional/EPOS, digital, social and loyalty. AI Delivery Excellence - Proven experience owning workstreams including planning, execution, and successful delivery of insights or AI/ML POCs, MVPs and production grade solutions. Programming Experience - Skilled in using programming languages such as Python Cloud Expertise - Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for data science and machine learning. Data Visualisation Experience - Utilise visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present data insights effectively. Collaborative team playe r - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create valuables products/solutions Excellent Communicato r - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, with excellent written and oral presentation skills, that engages internal and external audiences Innovative Mind - A strong interest and experience with the latest advancements in data, AI, machine learning, and data science space Experience in primary growth sectors; CPR (Consumer Products & Retail), ETU (Energy, Utilities, and Telecommunications), and PS (Public Sector). Familiarity with Agentic AI development Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI and data science. People management skills, including mentoring, guiding, and developing junior team members.Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent grade and on company and personal performance.
