French-Speaking SaaS Customer Success Specialist

Coursera Sourcing is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who is fluent in French to support European customers from Dublin. You will drive retention, adoption and expansion through structured engagements and proactive outreach in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You'll translate customer feedback into insights, collaborate with Sales and Renewals, and help shape scalable playbooks for the pooled EMEA model.
