French Speaking Customer Service and Recruitment Coordinator

In this dynamic role, you will use your fluent French language skills not only to support French franchisees, customers, and consumers in France, but also to be the first point of contact for prospective new French franchisees, completing the screening phase of the French franchisee recruitment process, reviewing CVs and completing exploratory first calls.
Our French Speaking Customer Service and recruitment coordinator you will:
- Use your exceptional fluent French language skills to create an impeccable end to end customer experience
- Be our franchisee, customer and consumer first point of contact, answering technical product questions, handling order and export paperwork, and expertly resolving complaints
- Screen CVs and call prospective French franchisees, to explain our franchising business model and discuss their interest in the opportunity before referring them on to our franchise recruitment team
- Business wide, support Autosmart colleagues and team members with French country-specific activities, including supporting our French marketing programme
Our French Speaking Customer Service and recruitment coordinator will have:
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written French
- Experience in a telephone-based customer service, customer relationship, customer account management or recruitment role
- Experience in handling technical or product related customer queries
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- An eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutions
- Confident IT skills including MS office
- Comfortable with occasional travel between sites in Burntwood, Shenstone and Osny, France
