We are recruiting for a French-Speaking Customer Service Adviser to join a well-established and growing business based in Kirkby, Liverpool on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career or an experienced professional from a customer service, hospitality, administration, or office-based background seeking a new challenge.

The Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Adviser, you will act as a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Providing support to French-speaking customers
• Resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
• Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Fluent French language skills (both written and spoken) are essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, retail, or an office environment would be advantageous
• Graduates with fluent French are encouraged to apply
