We're looking for a French-speaking Sales Manager to lead a multilingual sales team supporting one of the world's leading digital advertising platforms. What you'll be doing
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of high-performing Sales Representatives and Account Managers to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective performance management, coaching, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, call coaching, and performance reviews to develop your team's capabilities.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development through mentoring, training, and best practice sharing.
  • Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure excellent CRM management, accurate forecasting, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Training, and Policy to optimise processes and customer experience.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer or operational issues.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture where continuous learning is encouraged.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and commercial trends with senior leadership to support business growth.
What we're looking for
  • 3-5 years' experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or account management teams.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing KPIs.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience within digital marketing, online advertising, technology, or SaaS is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are essential.
