French Customer Service Representative

As a French Customer Service Representative, you are the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers and business partners of a fast-growing international e-mobility brand. You start your workday by answering questions from French consumers coming in through various online marketplaces and retail partners. In the afternoon, you coordinate with major French accounts to handle warranty and service enquiries smoothly. Throughout the day, you work closely with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction in the French market.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries in French and English via phone and email
• Support customers purchasing products through major marketplaces and retail partners
• Maintain relationships with key French accounts and business partners
• Coordinate and process warranty enquiries and product support
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Assist with the continued expansion of the brand in the French market

We are looking for

• Fluent French and English (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or account management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously
• Experience in retail or e-commerce is an advantage
