As a French speaking Customer Care Representative, you will be at the heart of building strong customer relationships enabling you to bring the voice of the customer to the site and ensuring that assigned customers' requirements are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:15pm, with flexibility required to occasionally start earlier/finish later
  • Hybrid: Yes, 4 days office based and 1 day a week working from home, after successful completion of training period

Responsibilities
  • Building strong customer relationships: by providing support for assigned customers, managing customer expectations and actively working with the Customer Care Team to deliver superior experiences.
  • Displaying account management expertise: carrying out requests for changes, dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers, preparing debit and credit notes, processing complaints and returns, and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives: identifying opportunities for improvement within Customer Care and taking part in relevant projects.
  • Collaborating: with Planning on demand planning and stock positions, actively participating in meetings and acting on customer feedback.
Qualifications
  • Fluent French speaker
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • University Degree, or equivalent experience, in business, supply chain or operations management or related discipline is desirable
  • Good knowledge and working experience in Exports or International Trade (incoterms, shipping terms etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Efficient personality with strong time management, administration, and customer skills
  • Microsoft Office expertise
  • Experience of using operations management software such as SAP or similar
