French Associate Scaled Contract Manager Scaled CS London, United KingdomAs a Contract Renewal Manager for our 1:Many Customer base at HubSpot, you will handle customer contract inquiries promptly. Your responsibilities include communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth customer renewals. You will manage a high volume of account-related tasks and customer interactions focused on maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.

In this role, you'll:
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while delivering excellent service.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to facilitate renewal processes.
- Address complex billing issues through detailed analysis, working with teams like Customer Success, Accounts Receivable, and Sales, and collaborating on billing infrastructure enhancements.
- Contribute to the growth of the contract management team by providing feedback and testing new processes.
- Identify potential leads for sales by demonstrating value in interactions.
