Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus + Annual Profit Share
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times
Hybrid Working: 1 day from home per week

You'll coordinate day-to-day import and export shipments, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multimodal freight shipments from start to finish
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and overseas offices
- Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational queries
- Processing client invoices and supplier costs within agreed KPIs
- Maintaining high service standards and identifying process improvements
- Previous freight forwarding operations experience
- Understanding of import and export procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Ability to manage workloads and build strong working relationships
