The RoleJoin us as a Freight Account Manager and take the lead in shaping our brand new Freight Account Programme. You'll drive new business opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate the growth of our accounts.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently converting new opportunities.
- Conduct effective in person meetings with prospects and existing customers.
- Grow and maintain accounts through strong relationship management.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth freight delivery.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Confident cold caller with proven new business results.
- Strong in-person communicator with experience in face to face sales meetings.
- Ability to build, retain, and grow accounts through strong relationships.
- Resilient, commercially aware, organised, and target driven.
- No formal qualifications required - experience and capability matter most.
- Freight, logistics, or sales background preferred.
- Full training on our Freight Account Programme and systems provided.
