Freelance Site Manager

£60 Million new build commercial science lab and office project which is a 16,700 sq mtr building. Role will specifically be overseeing the concrete powerfloat which will be out of normal hours which the contractor will initially be looking at working hours 5pm-5am, main core duties will be to oversee subcontract labour, site inductions, monitor health & safety aswell documentation of concrete pours. Work will be commencing as from 11th August for a 4 month period and will require someone from a Tier 1/2 background that has proven track record working/managing groundworks subcontractors.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement
