Freelance Site Manager - 60-Plot Housing Development

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take full operational responsibility for a 60-plot new build housing development in Wombourne, South Staffordshire. You will oversee groundworks, slabs, foundations and brickwork, coordinate sub-contractors, and ensure health, safety and the build programme stays on track.

Reporting to the Build Manager, you will conduct toolbox talks, provide progress updates, lead on-site handovers, and maintain site documentation.
