Freelance Senior Site Manager - Essex School Project

Bimplus is seeking a freelance hands-on Senior Site Manager to take ownership of a new school/academy project in Essex for circa 100 weeks on behalf of a reputable main contractor. The role is site-based with responsibility for day-to-day management, safety, programme, budget and quality.

The project is worth around £65m with a steel frame and brick façade; you will report to the on-site Project Manager and lead a professional project team.
