Are you a seasoned Pega Senior System Architect looking for your next freelance opportunity? Join our expert team at Labb, where you'll collaborate with some of Europe's most experienced Pega professionals. You'll play a key role in transforming complex client needs into scalable, high-performing Pega solutions.

What You Bring:

• At least 4 years of hands-on Pega experience as a Senior Developer
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Skilled in component design, delivery, and quality assurance
• Familiarity with Pega performance tools
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts
• Experience integrating Pega with other systems
• CSSA certification (required)
• Based in the Netherlands or in the UK(required)
• Dutch language skills are a big plus

️ What You'll Do:

• 40 hours working week
• Operate in a hybrid setup (whether from the Netherlands or from the UK)
• Design and develop advanced Pega applications
• Collaborate closely with top-tier Pega consultants across Europe
• Guide user story assignment and support delivery quality

Preferred Profile:

• Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Able to estimate effort at component and story level, identifying risks and dependencies
• Experience with technologies like J2EE, WebSphere, .NET, Oracle, MS/SQL, etc. (a plus)
• Comfortable shaping business requirements into out-of-the-box Pega functionality
