Location: Remote - Preferably based in Indonesia or other parts of Asia

Type: Part-time / Contract (Independent Contractor)

Compensation: Commission-only, high-tier revenue share, long-term collaboration potential

What You'll Do

1 Identify and onboard advertisers, media buyers, and direct app developers across Indonesia and the broader Asia region

2 Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients and partners

3 Act as a strategic growth liaison between local partners and our global operations team

4 Provide market insights and support localization of execution strategies

Who You Are

1 Based in Indonesia or other parts of Asia (remote-first environment)

2 2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile UA, programmatic, or affiliate marketing

3 Strong existing network of advertisers, DSPs, or direct traffic sources (especially app developers)

4 Familiar with CPI, CPM, CPL or programmatic ad models

5 Proactive, highly self-motivated, and performance-driven

Compensation

1 Commission-only with high revenue share

2 No base salary, but top performers will be considered for future equity, or base + bonus opportunities

3 Fast commission payout cycles, long-term client retention rewarded
