Freelance Reflective Practice Facilitator for Youth

Football Beyond Borders is seeking an experienced freelance Reflective Practice Facilitator for the West Midlands. You'll lead regular group reflection sessions with FBB practitioners who work with young people at risk of exclusion, creating safe, boundary-guided spaces.

You'll guide discussions through trauma-informed frameworks, support emotional processing, and ensure safeguarding and professional boundaries are upheld while collaborating with the Head of People and other leaders.
