Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering, Site-Based

Solum Assets Ltd is seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor for civil engineering packages in Exeter, with future work in Shaftesbury. The role is predominantly site-based and outside IR35, offering a daily rate around £450. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage costs on £1m-£4m schemes across long-term projects.

The main site is Exeter, with NEC contracts and blue-chip clients. You should be self-sufficient, able to run your own workload, and coordinate cost controls and reporting
