Our client is an international manufacturer of electric cars that recently entered the European market.
Our client is seeking a hands-on Consultant (Process Manager / Project Manager) to lead crossfunctional initiatives that strengthen our operational readiness as we expand into new markets - with a strong focus on processes and IT system alignment.
The focus is on stabilizing and improving the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring our business growth is supported by scalable operations, clear ownership, well-defined processes, and the right IT support in place. This is a high-impact role focused on enabling scalable and efficient operations through clear ownership, process clarity, and cross-departmental collaboration.
This is what you will do:
• Lead the coordination and execution of operational improvement initiatives across multiple departments
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify root causes, define solutions, and track implementation progress
• Document and standardize key operational processes
• Set up and maintain a structured project tracker, with clear ownership, deadlines, and regular follow-up
• Define and implement control mechanisms to reduce errors in critical areas (E.g. pricing, invoice validation, and data inputs)
• Support rollout of process improvements and system updates, ensuring proper testing, clear communication, and timely go-live
• Facilitate collaboration between departments involved in product launches, market expansions, and operational rollouts
• Help define governance structures and project ownership models for new initiatives (e.g. product launches, campaigns)
• Build an onboarding checklist for launching new markets, ensuring all operational processes are correctly set up and compliant from day one
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between business and IT, ensuring prioritization, alignment, and timely delivery of system/process enhancements
• Help establish governance practices that drive accountability and transparency in project delivery
• Support the development of training and rollout materials; coordinate with Training team to ensure effective adoption
Requirements:
• 3-6 years of experience in a relevant role such as Process Manager, Finance Project Manager, or IT/BizOps Consultant
• Experience in invoicing, order-to-cash, or system rollout projects, preferably in a multimarket or scale-up context
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across various departments
• Experience with ERP, order management, or pricing systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills; able to balance hands-on delivery with strategic thinking
• Fluent in English Personal attributes
