Freelance Project Manager - Pool

We're looking for freelance Project Managers who love delivering great work and championing strong processes to join our pool.

At We Are Futures, you would be supporting high-profile, multi-layered projects - working closely with Project Leads and the wider delivery team to keep everything running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

• Set up projects well - timelines, schedules, admin and resource planning
• Spot risks early - and help keep delivery on track
• Manage workloads - coordinating multiple workstreams at once
• Build great relationships - with consultants, producers, creatives, and account teams
• Champion strong processes - using tools like Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet
• Support client communication - sharing updates, progress and KPI tracking
• Keep quality high - checking work meets briefs, objectives, and guidelines

• Experience supporting projects from brief to delivery
• A track record of managing multi faceted creative or production projects
• Confidence using project management tools
• Previous experience in an agency environment
• Strong communication and people skills
