Job Description
Freelance Product Design Lead - Global Websites Team

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major digital transformation program within a Global Consumer Health organisation. We are looking for a hands-on Product Design Lead with strong UX/UI expertise, team leadership experience, and the ability to drive user-centric design across a large ecosystem of 153+ corporate and content websites.

The role combines strategic design leadership with 50-60% production work, supporting ongoing industrialisation, process optimisation, and collaboration between business and digital stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Strong experience in UX and UI design (Figma proficiency)
  • Experience leading or managing design teams
  • Highly user-centric with strong business awareness
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with understanding of analytics, user journeys, and optimisation
  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in regulated or pharmaceutical industries
  • French language skills (advantage for Paris environment)

Contract Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: Paris - Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
  • Workload: Full-time
