Freelance Legal Recruiter - Am Law 100 Talent Sourcing

Am Law 100 is seeking a high-performing freelance recruiter (commission based) to place top law talent across competitive markets. You will source, screen, pitch, and close candidates for Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys from Am Law 100 firms.

You'll work independently with hiring managers, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and driving world-class hiring results from a remote or flexible setup. Commission-based earnings are based on placements.
