Freelance Interpreter - Cheshire - Western European Languages

As a freelance interpreter, you will be registered with our organization on a self employed basis and can decide your hours of work, travel distance, and the number of assignments you take to suit your lifestyle.

In this role you will attend appointments in person to support clients and their non English speaking service users, bridging communication gaps in essential settings such as healthcare, legal, and public services.

Responsibilities

• Interpret live conversations between clients and limited English speakers.
• Support communication in medical, legal, social services, and public sector settings.
• Ensure accurate, confidential, and culturally sensitive interpretation.
• Use our interpreting app to manage your availability and assignments.
• Deliver excellent service that empowers people to access vital services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Brazilian) or Spanish.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
