Freelance Industrial Warehouse Site Manager (Fast-Track)

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager for a fast-track industrial warehouse project in South Shields, UK. This freelance role requires immediate start for a 4-5 month duration, reporting to the Contracts Manager, and overseeing all on-site phases.

You will lead the day-to-day site operations, ensure H&S compliance, manage sub-contractors, and drive the programme to handover with a focus on quality and cost control.
