We're looking for experienced freelance Floor Plan Surveyors to join our growing supplier network.

What You'll Do
  • Visit properties to measure rooms and internal spaces accurately.
  • Create clear and accurate floor plans.
  • Record room dimensions and property layouts.
  • Identify key property features and include them in the floor plan.
  • Ensure all measurements are accurate before submission.
  • Upload floor plans through the Keylr platform.
  • Communicate with Property Managers through the platform.
  • Complete jobs within the agreed schedule and SLA.

Freelance / Sole trader

Requirements
  • Previous proven experience creating property floor plans or carrying out measured property surveys.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to use floor plan measuring tools or software.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Professional, reliable, and organised.
  • DBS Certificate that is no more than 3 years old
  • Familiar with UK property standards and compliance requirements
  • Right to Work status in the UK
  • Relevant insurance as a sole trader
  • Use your own software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the UK residential or commercial property sector.
  • Experience working with estate agents, letting agents, surveyors, housing associations, or property management companies.
  • Experience using floor plan software such as CubiCasa, Magicplan, or AutoCAD.
  • GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language (preferred).
  • Freelance and flexitime, you take the jobs in the areas you want to work, zero exclusivity or obligation to take jobs, use Keylr alongside any other methods of finding jobs. Keylr is a connector platform and payment received varies upon property managers and supplier rates, we do not set prices
