About Togather

Togather started as Feast It in 2017, a booking platform for street food caterers for events like birthdays and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK's largest events platform, covering food, drink, venues, photographers, and more.

Our mission is to help people create memorable experiences on some of the most important days of their lives. Whether it's a company summer party, an elegant dinner, or a festival, we support all types of events.

Our success relies on a community of carefully selected partners across the country. We have collaborated with notable clients such as Amazon, Nike, London Pride, and celebrities including Tom Cruise, Star Wars, and Taylor Swift. Our team has been recognized as in the Startups 100 Awards and ranked among the top 15 in Tempo's 50 Best Places To Work. We are passionate about what we do, and that passion makes our workplace special.

The Role

In this role, Freelance Event Producers work with our Event Production team and report to one of our two Event Leads. You will work with diverse clients like IMG, Boiler Room, RHS, Broadwick Live, and Krankbrother, delivering events across sectors such as music festivals, Christmas light trails, fireworks shows, plane shows, and cultural events.

Your main responsibility is to collaborate with our supply team to curate high-quality F&B lineups for these events. This includes managing one street food area or overseeing F&B across the entire event, ensuring all supplier details-licenses, H&S checks, allergen charts-are accurate, handling site payments, and managing onsite operations from load-in to load-out.

Freelance Event Producers should be available to support during peak seasons (summer and Christmas) and have experience working on large-scale, greenfield events. The role requires on-site work, often during weekends, late nights, or early mornings, and managing multiple F&B traders onsite. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with our platform and automation tools. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Our offices are located in London, with a hybrid working model requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly.

We are committed to diversity and equal opportunities. We especially encourage applicants from underrepresented backgrounds to apply. Benefits for employees and contractors include:

  • 25 days holiday allowance
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Free coffee, beer, pizza, and snacks in the office
  • Discounts at London's top restaurants and bars
  • Regular team socials and events
  • A new MacBook for work
  • Invitations to food industry events (often with free food)
  • Dog-friendly office environment
