Location: Europe-wide including UK.

Culture Vitale is a global network which curates 'Sessions of Vitality' for companies and individuals - immersive experiences combining creativity, wellbeing, and personal/team development, designed to energize individuals, groups, leaders, and teams - which are both impactful and memorable.
We are looking for experts and practitioners in culture, wellbeing, development, arts and similar, who are interested in leading engaging workshops, sessions, programs, retreats and more.
YOUR SESSION(S): A session can be interactive (e.g., a confidence workshop, art, cocktail making) or passive (e.g., meditation, music performance), or both.
ARTISANS, CREATIVES & ARTISTS: artisanal crafts, visual art/therapy, group improv, music, magic, writing, theatre, pottery, dance/movement workshops.
COACHES & DEVELOPMENT EXPERTS: communication, public speaking, systemic coaching, team building, mindset, cross cultural training, problem solving, empathy.
SENSORY & ARTISANAL EXPERTS: perfumery, culinary experiences/cocktail making, wine/tea pairing, body percussion, leather or soap/candle making.
WELLNESS PROFESSIONALS: meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, aromatherapy, gratitude practices, mindful eating.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:
- Passionate facilitators with experience
- Expertise in wellness, arts/artisanal, or coaching
- Experience working with groups, teams/organisations, or individuals
- Have the relevant legal right to work independently (freelancer, company, etc.)
- Based in Europe (preferably EU or UK)
- Fluent in your local language (e.g., French, Polish, German), conversational in English (100% fluency not essential)
- Comfortable working with groups/professionals
- Reliable, creative, and excited to share your craft with new audiences
- Flexible paid freelance sessions - you select when, where
- Set your own rates (session based or per person)
