A global Digital team within one of our key Healthcare clients is seeking a Senior CMS Developer to lead the implementation of Magnolia CMS solutions across multilingual websites. This is a hands-on technical role with leadership responsibilities, focused on CMS architecture, Java Back End development, and performance optimization.

Requirements:
. 7-10 years in web development, including 2-3 years with CMS platforms
. Strong experience with Magnolia CMS (multi-country/language setups, modules like DAM, JCR, Content-apps)
. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
. Familiarity with Freemarker (FTL) templating
. Front End skills: HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, AlpineJS; React is a plus
. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Git/GitHub, CI/CD
. Agile methodology experience and stakeholder collaboration
. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Contract Details:
. Type: Freelancer/Contractor
. Duration: 12 months + extension possible
. Workload: Full-time
. Location: Remote - potential ad-hoc on-site visits.
