Freelance Barista

Barista (Freelance) - Premium Events Business

We are looking for a top tier Freelance Barista for our events company that offers high end coffee and travelling premium drinking chocolate.

About the Role

You will work with our Managing Director to develop a coffee events service, create a menu of high quality drinks, act as a brand ambassador for our partners, and handle event based service across London and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent quality coffee and hot chocolate at events.
• Present a polished appearance, maintain pride in work and attention to detail.
• Support promotional launches with brand ambassadors and field marketing duties.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on expanding the London events arm and other catering offerings.
• Assist in building a coffee events business from the ground up.

Requirements

• Experienced barista with proven skills in high quality coffee and hot chocolate.
• Fluency in service and presentation, strong interpersonal skills suited to event and promo work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Preferred: ability to drive.

Working Hours & Location

Approx 17.5 to 30.5 hours per week with potential for more shifts. Main location: N8 0FR - most work will be in and around London, some events further afield.

Start Date

Trial event scheduled for 4th March. Applications close on that date.
