Freelance Assistant Site Manager - Residential Build

Fawkes and Reece in Shrewsbury are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential housing project on a freelance basis. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day operations, coordinating trades, maintaining quality, and ensuring plots meet programme deadlines on a long-term freelance basis.

The role requires previous residential site experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and certifications such as SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS.
