Job Description
Freelance/Part Time QS (Roofing) Required!

RecruitEasy is looking for an experienced Freelance/Part Time Quantity Surveyor to work for a client based in Exeter, Devon.

Duration: Long Term

Start Date: Immediate

Pay Rate: Up to £400.00 per day - paid weekly.

Pay rate depends on experience and/or tickets.

We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay.

Role Responsibilities
  • Managing valuations, variations, and cost reporting
  • Preparing and agreeing interim and final accounts
  • Assisting with tender pricing and cost planning
  • Monitoring project costs and profitability
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Supporting commercial decision making across roofing projects
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the roofing industry
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
  • Commercially aware and detail oriented
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
