Job Description
Overview 
Senior Framework Manager for the Water Solutions team in Ireland. Lead multi-disciplinary framework engagement with key clients, including Uisce Éireann, across Dublin, Cork and Galway with a flexible hybrid working model.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage client-facing frameworks; develop and maintain relationships and reputation.
- Develop and deliver framework account plans with Strategy & Growth leads and CAMs; ensure delivery against metrics including safety, programme, cost, innovation and quality.
- Manage the broader corporate relationship and drive business with the client, including new growth and maintaining existing workloads.
- Represent the full spectrum of AECOM services and geographies; collaborate with wider teams.
- Monitor and report on Framework KPIs; ensure client satisfaction and repeat work.
- Identify upcoming pursuits; promote opportunities and lead proposal development with bid and delivery teams to develop winning strategies and high-quality proposals.
- Identify capacity and capability needs; work with colleagues to develop internal staff and recruitment.
- Significant water industry experience; track record in framework management and client engagement.
- Experience with asset planning, infrastructure delivery, and project lifecycle services, including modelling, feasibility & appraisal, environment and planning, sustainability, energy and carbon reduction, outline and detailed design, project, programme and contract management, cost management, site supervision and commissioning.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate across multiple geographies and service lines; strategic thinker with ability to drive growth.
- Hybrid working capability and willingness to base/visit Dublin, Cork and Galway as needed.
