Fractional General Counsel - Governance & Strategy

Membership Bespoke is assisting an established international trade association in recruiting a Fractional General Counsel. The role offers strategic legal leadership with governance reform, reporting to the Chief Executive and direct access to the Board for independent advice.

The successful candidate will be a UK-qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience, strong governance and commercial contract expertise, and a track record in managing external advisers and regulatory
