Job Description
Fractional CFO - AI- driven- Kodamai Ltd Glasgow, U.K. (1-2 days/week, Remote U.K.) About Kodamai

Enterprises are racing to put autonomous AI agents to work, yet trust, governance, and security are still absent at scale: agents operate as black boxes behind probabilistic guardrails, manual human-in-the-loop oversight does not scale, and there is no reliable audit trail. Kodamai closes that gap with the Kelvingrove Platform- a mathematically rooted agentic orchestration platform, agnostic to LLMs and tools, that gives every agent a typed, formally verifiable interface contract.

Governance and trust are built in from the beginning, not added on afterwards. Kelvingrove's governance layer of meta-agents monitors, audits, tests, and adapts applications in real time, so enterprises in regulated and high-stakes sectors can deploy agents that are secure, explainable, traceable, and audit-ready. One typed-contract architecture scales from a single pilot to fleets of 10,000+ agents with no rebuild. The technology rests on Kodamai's own innovations in category theory, type theory, formal methods, and neuro-symbolic AI.

Kelvingrove is live in production at First Mills, a Tadawul-listed manufacturer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, running agentic workflows across finance, workforce, logistics, and production planning. Kodamai's team of more than , most of whom hold PhDs, is now engaged with enterprises across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and is building its presence in the United States.
