Fractional CFO - AI-Driven Finance & Growth (Remote UK)

Kodamai Ltd. is seeking a Fractional CFO to lead cash flow, budgeting, and statutory compliance across UK, US, and KSA entities. The role requires significant CFO/FD experience in venture-backed tech or deeptech, with a hands-on approach in a small team.

You will partner with outsourced accountants and tax advisers, manage banking relationships, and advise on fundraising readiness. UK-based, with occasional travel to Glasgow; 1-2 days per week on a consultancy basis.
