Job Description

50 hours/month at €33/hour - Freelance (Invoiced) - Fully Remote


FutureFrank is a boutique film production company specializing in high-end commercials for the advertising industry. We're looking for a fractional brand manager to run point on our brand's day-to-day operations - but also to drive growth. That means launching smart campaigns, managing creative output, and making sure our presence in the world reflects the quality of our work.

This is not a content creator role. You'll be leading a small team that executes - but it's your job to steer the strategy, manage the workflow, and grow our visibility through sharp, well-run campaigns. Organic or paid, we want to work with someone who knows how to build momentum.


What we're looking for:


You're equal parts campaign strategist and team manager. You know how to take a creative brand and grow its presence online - whether through social content, paid ads, collaborations, or community-building. At the same time, you're hyper-organized and know how to lead a team to deliver top-notch work on time, every time.

You understand the power of storytelling, consistency, and taste - and how to scale those things through thoughtful, high-quality brand activity.


Responsibilities include:

  • Running day-to-day brand operations: managing team tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Designing and executing growth strategies - both organic and paid
  • Launching campaigns that increase brand awareness, visibility, and engagement
  • Coordinating social, design, and comms efforts across platforms
  • Managing team check-ins, deadlines, and performance
  • Tracking campaign performance and making data-informed decisions
  • Maintaining consistency of voice, aesthetic, and tone across all brand touchpoints


We'd love to see:


  • Proven experience growing creative brands online - through content, ads, or campaigns
  • Strong project and team management skills
  • Experience running or coordinating paid social and digital advertising campaigns
  • Strategic thinking paired with a sharp eye for creative output
  • Experience in creative industries (production, fashion, design, advertising, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics platforms, and project management systems (Notion, Trello, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, freelance capacity
