FRA - Technical Support Technician II

Temporary Contract with Long-Term Potential

You will support the operation and maintenance of a large-scale data center, ensuring infrastructure reliability and operational stability as part of the Data Center Operations team.

• Install, rack, and maintain server and network hardware
• Perform hardware break-fix and first-line troubleshooting
• Handle incidents, trouble tickets, and SLA-driven workflows
• Coordinate and supervise on-site vendors and service partners
• Act as a point of contact for internal technical teams
• Support scheduled maintenance, change management, and on-call duties

• 24x7 rotating shifts (including nights and weekends) and on-call rotation
• Physical work including lifting equipment up to 20 kg
• Adherence to strict safety and security standards

• Hardware management, rack & stack, inventory and ticket handling
• Basic networking knowledge
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• English required; German is a plus
