Task
- Development, implementation, and optimization of FPGA-based solutions
- Creation and maintenance of VHDL modules
- Embedded software development in C/C++ for Microcontroller and softcore architectures
- Integration and configuration of softcores
- Analysis, implementation, and testing of communication protocols
- Development, adaptation, and debugging of video interfaces
- Close collaboration with hardware, software, and system development teams
- Several years of professional experience as an Embedded engineer with a focus on FPGA and VHDL
- In-depth knowledge of Embedded C/C++ development
- Experience with FPGA toolchains (Lattice Diamond, Intel Quartus, or similar)
- Know-how in working with softcore processors (preferably NIOS II)
- Good knowledge of modern communication protocols (USB, Ethernet)
- Experience in implementing video interfaces (DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI)
- Independent, structured way of working and reliable documentation
