FP&A Transformation Lead - Data-Driven Finance Change (FTC)

Finova is seeking an FP&A Transformation Lead for a 6-12 month fixed-term engagement in London. The role focuses on redesigning budgeting, forecasting, cash planning and workforce cost modelling with hands-on data work and change management.

You will design and embed new data, systems and reporting, delivering quick wins and a durable process that the business can run after engagement ends. Hybrid work with three days onsite.
