Interim FP&A Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis)

• Annual Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Pro Rata (£250-£350 day rate)
• Location: Weybridge, Surrey
• Job Type: Hybrid (3-6 Month Fixed-Term Contract / Interim Assignment)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a well-established business in Weybridge on an interim basis for an initial 3-6 month assignment. This role is crucial in supporting senior leadership with financial planning, forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be an accomplished finance professional who can quickly add value, provide meaningful insight, and support the business through a period of transition and growth. Offering a hybrid working pattern, this position is ideal for someone available immediately or on short notice.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver insightful management information and performance reporting.
• Prepare detailed financial models and scenario analysis.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decisions.
• Provide variance analysis and identify key performance drivers.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting processes and planning tools.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support ad hoc projects and business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified.
• Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis roles.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams with commercial decision-making.
• Available to start within a short notice period.
