Our Future Health is seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities. This critical role will ensure the organisation makes informed decisions and allocates resources effectively to deliver its mission sustainably.

The successful candidate will develop robust budgeting processes, drive financial reporting, and manage a high-performing FP&A team. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to support strategic decisions. A recognised accounting qualification is required along with significant FP&A experience.
