MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation to recruit a FP&A Analyst for its finance team in Belfast.

This is a highly visible opportunity within its corporate finance function, providing analysis and reporting that supports senior leadership decisions.

The Rewards:

As the successful FP&A Analyst, you will receive:

• £50,000-£60,000 base salary + extensive benefits;
• Annual bonus (10%);
• Hybrid/flexible working (3 days office based);
• Opportunity to work within a global, technology-led organisation.

The Role:

As the successful FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Review & analyse income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement results;Consolidating monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range plans;Preparing management reporting and analysis for senior leadership;Analysing revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow and working capital performance;Improving reporting processes through automation, dashboards and KPI tracking;Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful FP&A Analyst will meet the following criteria:

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience;Strong technical accounting or FP&A experience;Strong IT & advanced excel skills;Strong communication skills.
