FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday)

What You'll Do

• Prepare financial models and analysis to support the assessment of business initiatives, including cost estimates and forecasting.
• Produce expense and revenue analysis, planning and reporting to support financial decision-making.
• Act as a point of contact for complex ad hoc queries, using available tools to retrieve, analyse and interpret data.
• Prepare and presents financial information and reports to support management in making informed business decisions.
• Develop performance metrics to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of projects and investments.
• Contribute to special projects and undertakes additional duties as required.

What You Bring

• Experience in financial analysis, reporting or a similar finance-focused role.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline preferred.
• Financial services experience, ideally within a Big Four firm, with strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong background in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Advanced data analysis skills, including data extraction, manipulation, integration and interpretation from multiple sources.
• Experience preparing, analysing and reporting expenses, budgets and financial performance metrics.
• Highly proficient in data modelling, data visualisation and presenting complex financial information to a range of stakeholders.
