What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the outbound sales strategy and building a high-value pipeline
- Driving multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (6 figure deals) with COOs, Transformation Leaders, and Tech Teams
- Selling into large professional service firms (1,000+ employees) with complex, project-based workforces
- Developing a "land and expand" strategy to grow long-term revenue
- Working closely with the founding team to shape the product and go-to-market approach
What You Bring
- A proven track record in high-value enterprise sales, consistently hitting six- to seven-figure targets
- Experience selling into professional services and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset - someone who can build and execute a sales strategy from scratch
- London-based (or able to work hybrid from London)
