Founding CTO (remote) Imeon

The job is on Equity Base.

• Rebuilding and scaling the Imeon MVP into a stable mobile app (Flutter or React Native)
• Developing backend architecture using Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of the platform
• Collaborating closely with the founding team (Nils & Ari) to shape the technical vision
• Leading technical decision-making and (later) assembling a dev team
• Driving product improvements and preparing for future funding rounds
• Bringing creative input and technical expertise to help shape a high-impact, gamified ecosystem

We are looking for a motivated and visionary developer with the following profile:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile and/or full-stack development
• Proficiency in Flutter or React Native and backend tools like Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of app architecture, performance, and data security
• Experience building MVPs or scalable products from scratch
• Passion for startups, innovation, and user-centric product development
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in Web3, gamification or crypto-based ecosystems (a plus)
• Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
• Open to joining a startup long-term as a co-founder with equity compensation
