As the Founding CEO, you will lead the creation of an AI-native protocol that bridges the gap between large language models and regulated insurance markets. You will define the product strategy, secure initial carrier partnerships, and build a high-performance team to revolutionize how insurance is distributed through autonomous agents and conversational interfaces globally.

• Define the initial product-market wedge and technical roadmap for a regulated API-first distribution platform.

• Secure early lighthouse customers and navigate complex enterprise integrations with risk-averse industry incumbents.

• Recruit a world-class founding team and lead subsequent fundraising rounds with top-tier venture capital investors.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a founder or senior leader who has scaled B2B infrastructure products from zero to one.

• Deep understanding of regulated financial services or distribution systems with the ability to navigate complex compliance frameworks.

• Exceptional product instincts with a technical grasp of how to build reliable, scalable integration layers for emerging AI technologies.
