About the Role
An excitingopportunity has arisen to join the ProPharmace team as a FoundationTraining Programme Regional Facilitator for London
The successfulapplicant will be one of three regional facilitators representingLondon, East of England and South East regions. They will be expectedto link effectively with the other regional post holders and reportto the national programme director. They will be expected to travelacross their region, with occasional travel to other regions andLondon.

KeyResponsibilities
The FoundationTraining Regional Facilitator will play a pivotal role in guiding andsupporting trainee pharmacists through their foundation year. Keyresponsibilities include:
Workalongside the National Pharmacy Programme Director to implement thedesign, delivery, and continuous improvement of ProPharmaceFoundation Training Educational Content.
Develop anddeliver high-quality educational content focused on clinicaldecision-making and practical application in the workplace.
Contributeto the organisation and delivery of ProPharmace training events,workshops, and webinars.
Provideguidance and support to trainee pharmacists, fostering a positiveand productive learning environment.
Identify andsupport pharmacist trainees requiring further support during theirfoundation training period.
Supportequality, diversity and inclusion initiatives in pharmacy education.
PromoteProPharmace programmes to regional and national stakeholders andbuild strong relationships within the pharmacy education community.
Analyselearner feedback and performance data to enhance training programmesand ensure they meet the highest educational standards.
Act as themain ProPharmace contact point for local partners.
Collaboratewith the team to implement digital learning solutions and innovativetraining methodologies.
RepresentProPharmace at regional and national conferences and contribute tothought leadership initiatives.

Experience andKnowledge
Detailedunderstanding of foundation pharmacist training requirements
A thoroughunderstanding of pharmacy practice, NHS policy, and GPhC educationalstandards.
Knowledge oftraining infrastructure across pharmacy sectors
Understandingof curriculum design, educational supervision, quality managementand inter-professional education
Haveprevious experience with clinical teaching and learning activitiesassociated with postgraduate and/or undergraduate pharmacy students
Demonstratedleadership skills with the ability to support and motivate others
Recentexperience of community, hospital or primary care pharmacy
Proficientin MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital learning tools.
Strongorganisational skills with experience managing educational projectsand meeting deadlines.
Qualificationsand Training
RegisteredPharmacist with the GPhC
Evidence ofpost-registration continuing professional development
Desirable:Independent Prescribing Qualification
