Fostering Team Manager

Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: West Midlands

Nonstop Care is working with reputable independent fostering agency, in the West Midlands, who are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner or Team Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day to day practice of the fostering team, including direct management of a team of Social Workers and Support Workers
  • Provide support, deliver trainings, and ensure all regulatory standards are met
  • Work alongside the Registered Manager

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Driver's license.
  • Management experience within fostering or a strong Senior Practitioner background
