Fostering Recruitment Officer - Hybrid Impact in Social Care

Derby City Council is seeking a Fostering Recruitment Officer on a fixed-term, 1-year contract starting 30 September 2026. The role is full-time (37 hours) with hybrid working from The Council House and in the community, supporting recruitment of foster carers across Derbyshire and surrounding areas.

You will work with social workers, marketing teams and foster carers to attract and support potential carers from initial steps through their first year as approved.
