Fostering Recruitment Officer - Flexible Part-Time Role

Southend on Sea City Council is seeking a part-time Recruitment Fostering Officer to attract and convert potential foster carers. This important role involves developing and implementing the recruitment strategy, engaging with community groups, and providing information to prospective foster carers.

The position, requiring 25 flexible hours per week, allows for hybrid working with on-site presence at the Civic Centre at least once a week. Successful candidates must possess a GCSE in English and Maths and have relevant skills in administration and customer service.
